These terms apply to everyone who uses Faseeel. By using the site, or by creating an account, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.

What Faseeel is

Faseeel is a neutral platform that records debates: who debated whom, on which conditions, what each side promised, and whether they kept it. Users decide who won. We don't take sides, and what users post represents them, not us.

The information about debates and people comes from public sources such as videos and statements. It can contain mistakes. If you find one, tell us at [email protected].

Your account

• One account per person. Don't share it, and keep your sign-in secure.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country.

Your display name

Other people only see the display name you choose, never your real name. Your display name must not:

• pretend to be someone else, especially a debater or another public figure;
• insult, threaten or demean anyone, or any faith or group;
• contain someone's personal information, or advertising.

We may change or remove a display name that breaks these rules.

What you post

What you post (comments, votes, reasons and verdicts) is public by default and may be shown with your display name. You keep the rights to it. By posting, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to store, show and share it on Faseeel and in its feeds, and to let search engines index it, for as long as it stays on the site.

You are responsible for what you post. Only post what you have the right to share.

How to behave

Disagree with arguments, not with people. Do not:

• insult, threaten or harass anyone;
• attack or mock any religion, belief or group, or incite hatred or violence;
• post anyone's personal information;
• spam, advertise, or post content unrelated to the debates;
• manipulate votes, for example with several accounts or automated tools;
• try to break, overload or misuse the site.

Votes

Votes on who won are reviewed before they count, and may not count if they break these terms or look manipulated. Counts reflect what users think, not a verdict by Faseeel.

Moderation

We may hide or remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these terms or the law. Where we can, we will tell you why.

Videos and other content

Debate videos belong to their owners and are embedded from YouTube under its terms. Names and pictures of debaters are shown to document public debates. If you are one of these people and something about you is wrong, write to [email protected].

No guarantee

We provide Faseeel as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be either. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site or relying on what it shows.

Leaving

You can stop using Faseeel at any time, and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will update the date at the top of this page, and announce important changes on the site before they apply. If you keep using Faseeel afterwards, the new terms apply to you.
